- Why do you get to organize the event?
We have worked closely with the authorities in preparing the events. In our discussions with the Pirkanmaa Covid-19 Fist, the Regional State Administrative Agency for Western and Inland Finland and the police, we have wanted to ensure that the security plans for our fairs are exactly what is required and that all possible restrictions can be taken care of. We have received the green light from all these authorities for future fairs and our preparations have been seen as just the right kind.
Facemasks and Safety Distances
We strongly recommend everyone to use a face mask. There are free masks available at the entrances.
The safety distance regulation is no longer valid but we don’t recommend close contacts.
The Number of Visitors Per Day
The number of visitors per day can be limited if necessary to allow for the maintenance of safety distances at the event. The aim of the daily limits is to ensure that the fairs have a simultaneous number of visitors, which still makes it possible to safely maintain safety distances. The halls at the fair events are spacious and there is enough room to maintain safety distances. The number of visitors limit is proportional to the size of the event and the number of halls used.
At the moment, there is no staggering at our events.
Covid-19 Testing and Vaccines
We follow closely all information and regulations placed by the authorities. At the moment there are no restrictions affecting events in the Pirkanmaa region. If any restrictions were to be placed that would have an impact on events, the Covid-19 pass could be taken in use. But if there are no such restrictions, we don’t ask these documents at the entrances. The most responsible and important thing is to skip the event if there are any symptoms.
This will be the case if the Covid-19 pass is officially introduced. At the moment, we will not check these if the official Covid-19 pass is not in use.
Possible Postponement of the Events
The ticket will move to next event.
New dates will be announced as soon as possible on the event website.
Yes, the stand will move automatically.
Cancellations, Stand and Refunds

Yes, this is possible.
The visitor ticket is valid as such for a postponed event. Returns are made on a case-by-case basis, please contact the party where you purchased the ticket.
- What if I'm exposed to the Covid-19 at the fair? How are the exposures reported?
Exposures are reported by the authorities and the event organiser informs about these in accordance with the authorities’ instructions. Events can only be attended when fully healthy – and we recommend everyone to be vaccinated or tested. The most responsible and important thing is to skip the event if there are any symptoms.
