Please read this information thoroughly and inform the presenters in your seminar about these matters. Check the schedule and location for your own seminar before the trade fair from the webpages or from the confirmation of order.

FAIR ADMISSION

Seminar organizers and speakers have free access to the trade fair with a separate presenter pass. Exhibitors do not need a separate presenter pass, the exhibitor pass is sufficient. The passes can be picked up upon arrival on all trade fair days, starting at 9.15 am from Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre’s main lobby from desk marked “Seminar speakers / Esiintyjien ilmoittautuminen”. The passes can be picked up with the name of the presenter or organizer of the seminar.

Cloakroom service is free of charge by showing the presenter pass.

PARKING AND ARRIVING INFO

Parking is free of charge for presenters with a separate parking pass. The parking passes are available from the same desk as the presenter passes. The parking pass is shown to the supervisors of the area as you exit. The same pass is valid on all exhibition days.

Please note, that there are limited number of parking spaces in Tampere Exhibition and Sports Centre. We recommend public transportation!

PROGRAM AREAS AND TECHNOLOGY

Below is information regarding the technology and presentations on the program stages at the fair.

We kindly ask that you do not present your presentation via cloud services and instead send it to us in advance by September 3, 2024, or bring the presentation on a USB drive to the venue. If your presentation includes video material and music, we request it in advance to ensure its functionality and smooth execution. Tampereen Messut Oy is responsible for the Teosto fees for music played on the program stages.

The program stages and spaces are in continuous use, so we hope your presentation/event will stay on the agreed schedule.

There will be a technician and a program assistant available at the program stages to assist with technical matters. We expect the performer to arrive at the performance area at least 10 minutes before the start of their own presentation.

If you have any special requests regarding your performance, please contact our program producer as soon as possible.

SEMINAR AND MEETING ROOMS AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION

Seminars and meetings at the trade fair are held either in the Seminar Centre (Seminaarikeskus), Meeting room facilities (Kokoustilakäytävä) or in the Seminar room in hall B.

Location of facilities »

Some of the seminar and meeting rooms has a laptop. In case you show your presentation from your own laptop, it should have HDMI-input/Display port. There is internet connection in each room. Inform the program producer in advance if you need special input for your computer or other assistance in technical matters (contact information in the end of this page).

It is recommended not to display presentations from cloud services because these services might not function properly during trade fairs. Take your presentation with on memory stick. When using your own Apple computer, please take adapter with. Note that recommended aspect ratio for presentation is 16:9.

Please stay on aggreed schedule – the facilities are on use throughout the fair days.

NOTE! High resolution videos do not transfer well wirelessly. If you need a wired connection to the projector, please note that Macs and at least Lenovo’s new laptops need an adapter, and HP’s newest laptops also need the adapter that came with the computer. If the computer does not have a normal-sized HDMI, an adapter is necessary.
